GUIDED TOUR SAN SEBASTIAN
San Sebastian is the capital of Gipuzkoa, located in the coast of the Bay of Biscay and 20 km away from the French border. San Sebastian is the venue for the Zinemaldia International Film Festival and the city with more Michelin star restaurants per square metres in the world. San Sebastián, along with Wroclaw, Poland, was the European Capital of Culture in 2016.
San Sebastian’s beaches are one of the summer season’s main attractions. Each one with a personality on its own. La Concha beach, the best-known one, and Ondarreta beach, more visited by families, make up La Concha Bay. Zurriola, the youngest of the beaches and with the most pronounced surfing culture, and the small, out-of-the-way beach on Santa Clara island make up the complete list of beaches, all managed under an integrated Environmental Management System, and offering full amenities for the bather.
The walking tour will go down through the most important monuments of the city. The group will discover the famous La Concha Beach, Peine del Viento, the Cathedral and the Old Town of San Sebastian, where the group will taste different pintxos in a route.

Two and a half hour guided tour of the origins of Bilbao, its history and the new area of Abandoibarra, visiting the city’s most characteristic monuments.
SCHEDULE
10.00 – Depart from Euskalduna Palace, and walk along the river bank to the Old Town
During the walk the guide will explain the most emblematic buildings in the city (Guggenheim Museum City Council, Arriaga Theatre, El Arenal…). In the Old Town, the Plaza Nueva square and the Cathedral (outside) will be visited.
12.30 – Return to Euskalduna Palace by tram

BASQUE COAST
San Juan de Gaztelugatxe is a tiny island on the coast of Biscay. It is connected to the mainland by a man made bridge. Along with another small neighboring island, Aketze, they form a protected Biotope. Nowadays, Gaztelugatxe is famous for appearing in Game of Thrones tv series, being Dragonstone, the home of Daenerys Targaryen. IMPORTANT: The access to the inland is only and exclusively on foot through stairs (241 steps).
Mundaka is a pleasant, quiet seaside town in the province of Bizkaia, located in the Busturialdea-Urdaibai area. Mundaka has always been closely associated with the sea and open to the world. Located in the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve, an area of privileged natural surroundings, Mundaka proudly boasts about its left wave, as it is considered one of the best waves in Europe by the surfers. This famous left wave attracts many of them from around the globe who make the sea as colorful spectacle with their boards.
